Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I initially spoke with Ken at Armadillo to discuss our project. He came across as genuinely knowledgeable during our initial chat, so we arranged a site visit days later to discuss the project further. Ken took the time to check the site, ensuring cables runs and equipment placement could be done as discreetly as possible, and checked the roof's suitability by drone survey. How long does the process take?
Time from from initial enquiry to installation can as little as 4-6 weeks, however larger installations may take 12 weeks plus due to application process with the Distribution network operator (DNO). We can advise you at the beginning of the process as to whether a more lengthy applications process will be applicable.
Do I need planning permission?
Usually no, however if you have a listed building or live in a conservation area we may need to check with your local planning office.
What is the warranty?
All of our solar panels with have a 25 year product warranty, with 30 year performance warranty.
